It is sometimes difficult to know where to turn to find the answer to a problem. Over the past year our trained volunteers have dealt with more than 700 phone calls covering a wide range of subjects.
These have included home help, day centres, safety in the home, emergency alarms, disability equipment. We have also been asked where to get financial advice, and information meals on wheels, insurance, transport, shopping or where to find a trusted and reliable tradesman.
We have access to a wide range of information on local services and organisations and our database is continually being updated. Give us a call during opening hours, leave a message on our phone or call the emergency number if you need immediate help or advice.
